The basic goal of the NGO’s activity is assistance in fostering the importance of a social role of men in a society in general and in family life in particular, satisfaction and protection of legitimate common interests of the NGO’s members.

The primary tasks of the Organization:

• Representation and protection of the legitimate interests of the Organization and legitimate interests of its members in bodies of the executive power, local self-administration agencies, court, etc.;
• General discussion and exploration of reasons leading to lack of adaptation of a man’s personality in a society, determination of the basic trends of social adaptation, preservation of mental and physical health of men in a society, and increase of men’s dignity;
• Determination of the basic trends of development and the best possible realization of creative abilities and professional skills of men belonging to different age groups in a modern society;
• Assistance in prevention of the negative phenomena in life of men in the Kherson region, in prevention of distribution of AIDS/HIV, alcoholism, drug addiction etc. among men, and propaganda of a healthy way of life;
• Invitation of people who are professionals in sociology, psychology, law, medicine to work inside the NGO, for provision of free-of-charge methodical, advisory and legal aid to members of the organization in settlement of modern «men’s» questions, in particular:
  1. Prevention of their age crises, search for ways out of critical common situations;
  2. Men’s social adaptation, protection of mental and physical health, increase of men’s dignity;
  3. B elonging to a category of sexual minorities of a society;
  4. Independent u pbringing of kids, seriously ill children and disabled children by men;
  5. Upbringing of boys;
• Social-psychological support of retired males — members of the Organization, with attraction them to public works;
• Establishment of self-supporting institutions and organizations, and set-up of enterprises with status of the legal entity, necessary for organization of recreation for a male part of the population, preparation and conduction of sportive and recreational lectures, seminars, cultural — entertaining and sports mass actions, in particular, creation of clubs on interests, provision of assistance in their work;
• Realization of other activities not contradicting the current legislation.

We are sincerely interested in creation of partner relations with all organizations (public, charitable, state, commercial ones) which contribute even the modest contribution to progressive development of the Ukrainian society.
